Georgia Woman Killed in Suwannee County Crash – New Posts 2016

LIVE OAK, Fla. — A Georgia woman is dead following a crash on I-10 in Suwannee County Sunday night.

Troopers say 40-year-old Kesi Shaw of Hinesville, Georgia was killed when the van she was a passenger in rear-ended another vehicle in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near mile marker 275.

The accident occurred just after 11 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers say the 36-year-old driver of the van, Alethea Gadson of Savannah, Georgia was taken to Shands Hospital in Gainesville with serious injuries.

No one else was reportedly injured in the crash, according to FHP.

LIVE OAK, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident that occurred on I-10 Sunday night in Suwannee County.

Troopers responded to the scene in the I-10 eastbound lanes near mile marker 275 around 11:20 p.m.

At least one person was killed in the crash, according to the FHP website.

All lanes have since reopened.
