FSU Running Back Mario Pender bonded out Sunday morning as he faces charges of domestic battery by strangulation and resisting an officer without violence.
His bond was $10, 500.00. His next court appearance has not been set.

FSU running back Mario Pender has been booked into the Leon County Jail on a domestic violence charge.
Pender faces charges of domestic battery by strangulation and resisting an officer without violence. Pender was booked into the jail at 1:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office says the case is being run by the Tallahassee Police Department.
Pender will have his first appearance in front of a judge sometime Sunday morning.
